UI/UX Designer – Part Time

At PMassistant.ai, we are building an AI-powered Project Management System. Our mission is to empower project managers by leveraging AI to augment human capabilities and optimize 80% of project management mundane tasks.

What You Will Do

• Design intuitive, AI-inspired UI/UX for responsive web and mobile apps.
• Translate user research and behavioral insights into meaningful design decisions.
• Identify user pain points and craft elegant design solutions that truly improve the experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers in fast-moving agile teams.
• Develop design systems and reusable UI components that scale beautifully.
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Implement responsive designs using Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Ensure designs are accessible, functional, and delightful — across devices and platforms.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience with a focus on web and mobile apps.
• Experience working with developers and shipping real products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and real-world pain point solutions.
• Proficiency in responsive frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, etc.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design-to-dev collaboration.
• A sharp eye for modern design patterns — especially AI-inspired or data-driven UX flows.
• Comfort working in collaborative tools like Figma, Invision, Adobe XD, etc.

Nice To Have

• Passion for micro-interactions, motion design, or UI animations.
• Experience designing for AI-driven products, SaaS dashboards, or admin portals.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, Next.js.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
