At PMassistant.ai, we are building an AI-powered Project Management System. Our mission is to empower project managers by leveraging AI to augment human capabilities and optimize 80% of project management mundane tasks. We are currently hiring full-time and part-time professionals, both onshore and offshore.

Main Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the business problem by building a solid understanding of the project management function and map it to the product(s) roadmap.
• Conduct market research to validate and refine product market fit.
• Analyse customer needs, prioritize requirements, and develop effective product rollout plans.
• Conduct competitor analysis and advise on value propositions.
• Work collaboratively with management and development teams/contractors.
• Set metrics for pilot product testing.
• Demonstrate creativity and leverage Generative AI to devise compelling value propositions for the product(s).
• Drive innovation using technology and enhance overall user experience.
• Research and develop product pricing tier strategy.
• Assist in development of financial plan, sales & marketing plan, and revise strategic business plan as required.

Minimum Requirements

• University education preferred with background in computer science, business, entrepreneurship, technology, innovation or other related fields.
• Willing to learn new technology and try different things.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, self-starter with project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
