Product Manager, Strategy & Growth

At PMassistant.ai, we are building an AI-powered Project Management System. Our mission is to empower project managers by leveraging AI to augment human capabilities and optimize 80% of project management mundane tasks.

What You Will Do

• Define and scope product challenges and strategic opportunities.
• Refine the product roadmap based on user feedback, market needs, and evolving product-market fit.
• Define features including user stories, test cases, and use cases.
• Lead development and evaluation programs for AI-based assistants.
• Research and conceptualize future product initiatives.
• Customize our engine to align with client-specific needs.
• Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy execution, growth experiments, and user acquisition campaigns.
• Create early product marketing assets such as beta launch notes, one-pagers, and demo scripts.
• Set up and manage CRM systems and outbound business development workflows.
• Oversee bug triaging and prioritize UX improvements in collaboration with engineering.
• Define edge cases and collaborate on bug fixes.
• Draft detailed QA test tickets and acceptance criteria for new features and fixes.
• Coordinate technical hiring processes between engineers and the founder.
• Mentor and guide interns across product and strategy tasks.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in product strategy, growth marketing, and roadmap planning.
• Strong background in Go-To-Market execution and product lifecycle management.
• Understanding of AI-powered product design and prompt engineering concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Excellent written communication skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience managing and QA'ing product releases and feedback loops.

Nice To Have

• Experience with AI/GenAI-based SaaS products and startup environments.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting market and campaign performance data.
• Familiarity with early-stage growth playbooks and product-led growth strategies.
