Summary

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer (Part Time) to join our team. This role involves independently prototyping and developing web applications, evaluating generative AI models, and improving scalability. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our AI-powered project management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently prototype and develop web applications with complex interaction patterns, flexible components, and efficient backend.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to conduct evaluation studies with multiple iterations of generative AI models.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency and scalability of web applications.

What We Are Looking For

• Should be able to write product and system development code.
• Willing to learn new technology and try different things.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with any one of the following languages for the backend: Go, Node.js, Python, Java, C#, Rust, or Scala.
• Ability to write testable and efficient code.
• Understanding of client-server architecture.
• Contribute to documentation.
• Ability to debug and identify issues.

Nice To Have

• A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Active participation in design and architecture discussions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Understanding of CI/CD.
