Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Administrator with expertise in both Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure to conduct a comprehensive review of our cloud infrastructure. This role will assess both GCP and Azure environments, including security configurations, access controls, and operational workflows while providing expert guidance on best practices, compliance, and optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough review of the current GCP and Azure environments, including IAM roles, permissions, and billing structures.
• Assess VPC configurations, firewall rules, Cloud Logging (GCP), Azure Monitor, and Cloud Monitoring setup.
• Audit Google Workspace settings, Azure Active Directory, and collaboration tools across both platforms.
• Evaluate administrative policies, access controls, and data protection mechanisms for GCP and Azure.
• Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities aligned with both Google Cloud and Azure best practices.
• Provide actionable recommendations for IAM, cost management, and governance for both GCP and Azure environments.
• Develop a remediation roadmap and assist with approved implementations for both platforms.
• Document findings and configurations for internal knowledge sharing.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience with GCP and Azure administration.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, VPC (GCP), Virtual Networks (Azure), Compute Engine, Virtual Machines, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, BigQuery (GCP), and Azure SQL Database.
• Hands-on experience with GCP Security Command Center, Azure Security Center, Cloud Identity, and Workspace Admin Console.
• Familiarity with compliance standards, cloud security frameworks, and multi-cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Nice To Have

• Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect or Cloud Security Engineer.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
• Experience conducting multi-cloud security and compliance audits.
• Background in IT governance or enterprise IT administration.
